Comcast

Ring Ring….


Me: “Hi this is Spencer”

Anthony: “Hi Mr. Lindsay this is Anthony from Comcast, I just wanted to make sure your install went OK and everything is working for you.”

Me: “Hey.  Yep, seems to be working well Anthony, thanks.  One thing - I bought the business service so I wouldn’t see my bandwidth impacted during high usage times… it still slows down quite a bit on the weekends and in the evenings.

Anthony: “I can give you the number to tech support”.

Me: “… um…”
