A Top 10 Android Apps list on Lifehacker illuminates some of the differences between the iPhone OS and Android. This one just leaps out at you. TasKiller may be a well-implemented app, but the fact that it is needed says something about the Android user experience. Does anyone really want to manually manage the memory use of their mobile device?
Every time I hear criticism of Apple’s careful approach to multitasking on iPhone OS, I’ll point them to this.
